Resilient Advocates: Mindfulness & Well-Being Practices for 2025
Format: Five weekly live one-hour training sessions on zoom & daily practices between sessions
Dates: Fridays: January 10, 17, 24, 31, and February 7, 2025
Time: 9-10am Pacific / 10-11am Mountain / 11am-12pm Central / 12-1pm Eastern
Cost: $50 per person

Participants will learn a set of biology-based well-being skills & mindfulness practices to support them in facing the challenges of 2025. This program covers the neuroscience of stress and burnout, provides a framework to support participants in reading their nervous systems, and offers a set of concrete mindfulness and well-being skills designed to re-set and stabilize the nervous system for greater well-being and resiliency.
Participants are expected to attend 4 of the 5 sessions live (recordings will be available to watch if needed) and to try out suggested daily practices. Space is limited, and registration is only open to people working in the nonprofit or government sectors.
