Format: Eight weekly in-person interactive & experiential training sessions (2.5 hours), one in-persoin mindfulness retreat (6 hours) & daily home practices
Dates: Tuesdays: January 13 to March 10, 2026
Note: no class the week of February 23rd
Class Time: 6-8:30pm PT
All-Day Online Retreat: Saturday, February 21st from 9am to 3pm
