Reduce Stress Through Mindfulness -  January to March 2026
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
Format: Eight weekly in-person interactive & experiential training sessions (2.5 hours), one in-persoin mindfulness retreat (6 hours) & daily home practices 
Dates: Tuesdays: January 13 to March 10, 2026
Note: no class the week of February 23rd
Class Time: 6-8:30pm PT 
All-Day Online Retreat: Saturday, February 21st from 9am to 3pm

Resilient Advocates - June 2026

Mindfulness & Well-Being for Change Agents

Additional Information: The topics of well-being, resiliency, stress, and trauma are deeply interwoven with societal systems of advantage and marginalization.  Doing authentic work in these areas must include resourcing social justice organizations that are challenging the systemic conditions that create and perpetuate trauma while also working toward healing justice.  50% of the proceeds of the Resilient Advocates training program will be donated to two organizations doing that work: The Embodiment Institute and The Trauma Resource Institute.

Julia Wilson is a Certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator through Mindful Leader, a certified Positive Intelligence Coach, a certified Teacher of the Community Resiliency Model through the Trauma Resource Institute, and is currently enrolled in the two-year Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher Training Program with Mindfulness Northwest.
