Individual Coaching Packages
Coaching offers opportunities to develop increased self-awareness, a compassionate space to process emotions, and tools to build resilience and decrease stress. In recognition of the increased need for coaching amidst the health and financial challenges presented by the coronavirus, I have redesigned my 2020-2021 coaching offerings for individuals as described below. Each of these packages starts with two one-hour “discovery” (or foundational) sessions followed by 45-minute sessions approximately every 2 weeks (or 2 sessions per month). I offer coaching by phone and by video using Zoom, with a slight preference for meeting by video.
Lead with Heart: Signature Coaching Program
We are all leaders in our lives, regardless of positional authority in our workplaces and other venues. The Lead with Heart signature program supports you in creating a set resources including identifying your life purpose, inner leader, and personal strengths, while combatting your inner self-critics and building purposeful perspectives, self-authority, and mindfulness. This approach is appropriate for both professional & personal challenges and opportunities.
Timeline: available in packages of 5 months (11 sessions) or 6 months (13 sessions).
Build Resiliency & Manage Stress
This coaching package will support you with a set of resources focused on building resiliency and managing stress in times of challenge. You will have opportunities to develop a regular practice of mindfulness, focus on a somatic (embodied) awareness, articulate your unique values and priorities to inform your choices, build self-compassion and self-command, learn a set of tools to decrease the stress levels in your brain, & craft individualized self-care plans.
Timeline: 3 months (6 coaching sessions)
Lead with Heart: “Starter Kit”
The Lead with Heart “starter kit” supports you in building a core set of resources to develop your life purpose, identify personal strengths, and combat your inner self-critics. Each session introduces an actionable tool to build self-awareness and learning.
