That’s why I offer well-being programs grounded in mindfulness, neuroscience, and biology-based tools that help people manage stress, address burnout, and build sustainable practices.
Whether delivered as a one-time workshop, ongoing training series, or immersive course, my offerings give individuals and groups practical skills to regulate the nervous system, reduce reactivity, and navigate the challenges of life with a sense of sturdiness and steadiness.

My Programs Draw From:
- Mindfulness in the Workplace best practices for teams and leaders. I am a Certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator through Mindful Leader.
- Biology-Based Well-Being Skills: I am a certified teacher of the Community Resiliency Model (CRM) (a trauma- and resiliency-informed framework) through the Trauma Resource Institute.
- Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR): I am MBSR Teacher in Training with Mindfulness Northwest.
