Sustainable Impact Begins with Well-Being
Nonprofit work is demanding - emotionally, cognitively, and physically. Stress, burnout, and chronic urgency can erode our ability to think clearly, connect with others, and sustain impact over time.

That’s why I offer well-being programs grounded in mindfulness, neuroscience, and biology-based tools that help people manage stress, address burnout, and build sustainable practices.

Whether delivered as a one-time workshop, ongoing training series, or immersive course, my offerings give individuals and groups practical skills to regulate the nervous system, reduce reactivity, and navigate the challenges of life with a sense of sturdiness and steadiness.

Participants Learn To:
  • Recognize stress patterns in the body and shift into a more regulated state
  • Use simple mindfulness practices to reduce reactivity and improve focus
  • Build self-awareness, self-compassion, and emotional balance
  • Recover from overwhelm and return to a zone of resiliency 
  • Sustain their well-being while continuing to show up for mission-driven work

My Programs Draw From:
  • Mindfulness in the Workplace best practices for teams and leaders. I am a Certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator through Mindful Leader.
  • Biology-Based Well-Being Skills: I am a certified teacher of the Community Resiliency Model (CRM) (a trauma- and resiliency-informed framework) through the Trauma Resource Institute.
  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR): I am MBSR Teacher in Training with Mindfulness Northwest.​
