Format: Three monthly live sessions on zoom & activities between sessions
On Fridays: February 23, March 22, & April 19
Time: 9-10am Pacific
Task & time management approaches work best when placed in the context of personal purpose and priorities. This interactive, three-part training will weave together coaching tools to identify purpose and values, practical information about the biology of habit formation and change, and tools for effective time & task management. Together, the 3 classes offer an approach for integrating the management of work demands into a broader and satisfying life. Space is limited and is only open to people working in the nonprofit or government sectors. Participants are expected to attend all 3 of the monthly sessions.
