• What does 2020 look like in your ideal world?
• What changes do you want to create in your life during 2020?
• What do you want more of in your life in 2020?  What do you want less of?
• Who do you want to be in 2020?  How do you want to show up?
• What is a metaphor that you would select to symbolize the year ahead for you?

Setting Goals and Intentions for 2020
